The sun had set long time ago, and the stars are sparkling together with all the dazzling neon-signs in colours of the rainbow. A big limousine is arriving next to the big theatre.
Out steps a middle length teenager boy, with lots of hairspray and styling products in his hair, his clothes looks like they're brand new, and his perfect teeth are shining as he smiles when all the reporters rush to get an interview with him, followed by his fans.
All the girls are screaming so loud it could make your ears start to bleed, but this boy keeps smiling, he's happier than ever, this is his dream.
"Daniel, Daniel! Please look this way!" a girl with a camera shouts.
"Daniel, your blog is the number one visited blog in whole Sweden, everyone loves you, how does it feel?"
"Yeah, Daniel let me take a photo of you!"
"Daniel, I'm your number one fan! please accept this gift."
"Easy easy, there's enough of Amazing Dan' for all of you girls!"
He laughs and everything's getting blurry, all the yells, laughs and camera clicking is fading away and gets replaced with an annoying song.
"O-One One two 3
Not Only you and Me
got one eighty degrees and I'm caught in betwe- "
I slap my hand on the night table, trying to get a grip of my phone and finally manage to grab it and push the 'off' button.
A big grunt escapes my lips and I slowly sit up, rubbing my eyes.
"That dream again..." I mumble , and walk out from my room, making my way through all the stuff laying everywhere, through the hallway and into the living room, and turn my laptop on.
While I wait for it to start, I peek into the kitchen, nobody there, seems like dad has left off to work early today, as usual.
I return to the computer and double click on Fire Fox and by help from my 'favourites' I come to my blog.
"You've got five new comments on your latest update." the screen says.
I smile and start reading them.
"Dani~ we'll have such a good time during school tomorrow<3<3<33333333
from: /TiieeeppHannaGirl "
I rolled my eyes, not planning on replying that one.
comment nr 2:
" Ey you disgusting PJ- stay the fuck off, don't think the whole world likes you!"
from: 'this person wants to have his or her name hidden'
I grinned at the childish comment and type in an answer,
" Well, if you DIDN'T like me, you wouldn't read my blog ;* "
I gave the digital clock in the corner of the display a quick glance.
Time to go soon huh...
Just have to write an quick update before School.
"Good morning, I'm so tired, I can't believe it's a school day, want this week to be over ASAP, 'cause it's party at Sarah's house this weekend ;)
Now I'll have to put some clothes on, can't walk to school in only my Björn Borgs boxers, even how much you guys would wish ;* "
After going through my closet plenty of times, clothes of the day become:
A light blue Lacoste t-shirt, skinny black jeans, with 5 small hair bands on my calves over the pants and my usual sneakers. And a jacket of course, it's early winter outside.
A thin layer of foundation on and plenty of hair gel in my hair and I was ready. I put the earplugs in my ears and turn my favourite music on.
As I start my slow and peaceful short walk to school.
A thin layer of snow covering the school's rooftop and the ground. The school has slightly yellow bricks covering the outside.
There's 4 different doors into the school on the front side of it.
The first one, leads to the students dinner room, the teacher's office's( include where the headmasters sit all day) And the rooms where music class is held. The second door leads to where the 9th graders have their lockers and Homeroom's.
The third door is for 7th graders, and the last one, the forth, is for the 8th graders.
I walk up to the second Plexiglas door and stop to look at my mirror image for a while. I run my fingers through my slightly spiked hair and makes sure my bangs look okay. It's a habit I have.
I open the door and stomp of the little snow from my shoes on the rubber carpet, as I starts to walk to my locker.
Inside the door, there's 3 rows of red lockers, two of them facing each other, and the other one against the wall next to them. and next to the stairs, leading down to the cafeteria, there's 3 wooden benches, some people sitting on them.
I unlock my locker, hang in my jacket and look around, not many have arrived yet, all school busses arrives at 08:20 and some ten minutes later than that. The only is here is one of the smart kids, trying to study and also a short pretty girl dressed in colours of the rainbow, and bleached hair with pink stripes in it, sitting, playing games on her cell phone or something. I flip my phone open, it's 08:15. My friends from Grebbestad will arrive with the bus soon. I return to try to find my schedule in my messy locker.
The sound of someone brutally open the door with some angry stomps on the ground following, interrupts me, I tilt my head a bit to the left, trying to see who it was, without spinning around.
Around the corner from the door, an Asian boy, pretty tall, holding a motorcycle helmet in his hand stops and glare at those two sitting on the benches, which doesn't even give him a glance.
He's in my grade, not my class though, I don't even know his name, Sebastian something.
Sebastian, or what he's called lets out a sigh and shakes the snow of his messy black hair, almost like a dog. I notice we almost have the same haircut.
As he finished what he was doing, he looks up and our eyes met. His almost black eyes staring into my brown ones, it only lasted for a second or two, I turn around once again and pick up my phone staring at the display, now showing 08:19.
I can hear how he stomps to his locker, unlocks it and throws his helmet in it and close the locker with a loud bang, before he mutters something angry and walks to the hallway, his footsteps fading away.
I grab my pen and English books before I put my phone back into my pocket and lock my locker. I don't get time to do much more before I hear the door opening once again and a bunch of students making the way to get inside, away from the coldness outside. They are loud and noisy, speaking with each other walking up to their lockers. I recognized their voices at immediately. My friends, finally.
"Yo, Andreas, Alexander !"I said.
" Ah, Dan~, Good morning." Andreas answered.
"'Morning." Alexander mumbled, looking like he had just woken up.
Andreas and Alexander, the two people I hang out with the most, they are like each other's opposites in some ways.
While Alexander is tall and tanned with blond hair, he is very calm and his eyes are blue. Andreas is short with dark brown hair, and he speaks non stop.
And me, I'm middle length, with sand blond hair and brown eyes, makes me look like their child almost... but that's gross... and impossible.
Andreas is dressed in cloths very similar to mine, except he was wearing a white t-shirt and red pants, with 4 hair bands on his calves. Me, myself wouldn't ever dare to wear that... I just can't handle the thought of myself wearing red tight pants... it's just, NOT my style.
" ...What are you spacing out about? We better go to the classroom." Andreas raised an eyebrow and looked at me while he was closing his locker.
"Huh? Oh, yeah let's go."
The second bus must have arrived, 'cause it was crowded with even more boys and girls pushing each other around.
The bell rang and we started going to our homeroom classroom. It was just around the corner at the third bench away from the door.
The English teacher was carrying a basket full of books and extra pencils as she unlocked the classroom door and all students entered along with the teacher.
Our home classroom is big, with white and purple walls. All desks are placed in long lines, paired together three and three. 'Cause our class is so noisy, the teacher has decided who we're going to sit with. Mostly 'annoying' boys with quiet girls and 'loud' girls with calm boys.
On the left long sides, there are big white windows, but we're not really allowed to open them, only if it's hot outside or if there's a fly in the classroom. Which neither isn't the case today.
I'm lucky, my desk is between Alexander, who sits next to the window, and on the other side of me sits Sarah.
Alex and I make our ways to our desks and sit down. The teacher is already at her big desk in front of the big blackboard, trying to make everyone shut up, impossible the first 5 minutes. The door opens again and Sarah walks in, Andreas and some other boys stop what they're doing just to look at her.
She's quite short, shorter than me, so about 168 or 169 cm tall. Her blonde, almost ivory coloured hair is in a messy ponytail and she's wearing white sweat pants and a dark blue tight top, which almost shows more than half of her breasts, which almost all the girls usually wears, but there's something special about her. She smiles and sits down next to me. Everyone returns to mess around again.
"Hi, Dan' !" She says.
"Good morning. "I say, yawning.
"Did we have any homework due to today? I wasn't here last time we had English." she bites her bottom lip, still smiling trying to look innocent and she fails because she's actually grinning.
"Ha ha, you've got yourself to blame. Ask someone who, at least, looks like he or she knows." I say and roll my eyes.
She starts to giggle a bit and I turn my head to the teacher, making her know that I'm finally listening.
The teacher starts coughing a little and clears her throat before she starts speaking. The whole class turns their heads to her and are, at least, pretending to be listening.
The teacher keeps talking almost the whole lesson, with her terrible British accent, or yeah, she tries to sound as a person from England. I think she fails hard but I don't dare to tell her, I think my way of talking English sounds better than hers, and I'm her student.
And so this, the first lesson goes on and the second one too. But on the second lesson I had Spanish with Andreas and Alex was on his German class.
Afterwards we had decided to meet up at our lockers. I lean my against my locker with Sarah and Andreas standing on front of me, talking about lot's shit I didn't even care too listen. Soon I can hear someone stomping, and around the corner that boy from this morning walks by at the same time as he picks up a cigarette from his pocket and goes out to smoke it. I see Sarah following him with her eyes.
"Ey Sarah, who is that? I have just seen him here once in a while."
"Oh, yeah I think he's ditching school a lot. His name is Hiroshi, his parents are from Japan or something." She answered, still looking at were Hiroshi had been standing before he went out.
"Ah, I see. "
Ha ha, so it's Hiroshi, huh. Where the fuck did I get 'Sebastian' from.
" Oi! Shall we get going?" Alexander said, walking up to us. His lesson must've just ended . He wasn't alone, he had some girls with him. Friends of Sarah, I guess.
"Theresa, Erica! "Sara said, happy. Just as I thought...
" Yeah. Sarah, I talked to Alexander during German class and he said you guys were going up to the store now during lunch break, So do you mind if we join you?" the one who apparently was Theresa said. Sarah turned to look at me, to ask if it was okay.
I just nodded and we started to go outside, me in the front with Alex and Andreas on each side, the girls walking right behind us with their arms hooked.
It has stopped snowing but we all hurried 'cause neither of us had remembered to put on our jackets. We hurried up over the hill in front of the school and into the small food store. As we went in the girls started chatting with each other.
"Oh I just remembered, Sarah, did you see that hot guy from my class before? that Asian kid?"
"Yeah, he's pretty hot actually." Sarah said.
We kept walking in the store to where the sodas are standing, Both Alexander and I picked up a Coke can and we started walking to where you pay. The girls kept talking.
" I walked behind him earlier today, Sarah. Have you seen how his butt is shaped? ME LIKE!
Erica squealed and even started jumping a little. Theresa and Sarah just giggled.
" Are you going to buy anything? Erica? Theresa?" I said, wanted to get out of here.
" Candy? Soda? No way I don't want to get fat!" Erica said and gave me a bitchy look.
" why did you join us then?" Andreas muttered.
" You said something Andreas? hmm?!" She asked, poking him in his stomach.
"No,never mind..." Andreas rolled his eyes and Alexander and I paid our Coke's and we started to walk out from the shop. It was raining.
"Aw, not rain! Can't anyone carry me? Alexander?"
"No way, walk yourself, you got shoes!" Alex glared at her and started walking.
"Eh!... you should see it as a compliment, I think you're way stronger than these other two!" Erica shouted after him. He stopped and turned around.
"Oi! Should we get going or what? I'm getting soaked you guys!"
We all hurried out to him and walked quickly back to school.
The door to the 8th graders corridor flew open as we run into it to get inside as fast as possible.
We all were laughing and panting a bit after the rush through the rain.
"Oh my good, look at my hair, I can't walk like this." Theresa said, pulling her platinum blonde bleached hair into a quick pony tail.
"What did you say before, Erica? That I look weak?" Andreas said, smirking.
"He he." She tried to laugh herself out of the situation. her cheeks turned slightly pink.
"I'll show you! I'm not weak." He bowed down and took a grip of her knees and lifted her up over his shoulder. She started screaming and kicking so Andreas lost his balance and they both fell to the ground.
I turned my gaze up from them two lying on the floor laughing like crazy, Alexander was facing his palm and Theresa and Sarah looked like the most embarrassing thing ever had happened. I turned to see what they we're looking at and saw, all the 8th graders staring at us, with mouths open wide. They we're staring at us like they thought we we're stupid.
I gave Andreas a light kick on his leg. nodding to where the kid's were standing and staring. He looked at them and then realized the situation. he cleared his throat, raised up and helped Erica up from the floor.
We walked in peace to the students' dining room.
When we arrived I read what the sign was saying :
Monday: Meatballs with mashed potatoes and jam.
"Meatballs!" Sarah was jumping and her friends joined her as we found our place in the long line, lot's of other teenagers waiting for their turn.
And so the school day went on. I didn't get to see this "Hiroshi" dude anymore today, guess he went home or something, but hey, why do I even care...?
"Yo, all readers!
So boring with school today, but some fun stuff happened at least.
My favourite song today is Down by Jay Sean featuring Lil' Wayne, a bit old now, but still good for sure. Now I'll walk over to Andreas place, chillin'.
Cha Cha' ;* <3 "
